Hi All! I'm so excited to share with you the launch of my new real estate brokerage, Flourish Real Estate. After almost 8 years in real estate sales, I decided to take on this new endeavor!
Why Flourish? After participating in some personal development courses over the last few months, I realized that so many of us want to accomplish things in life that we constantly just think about, without ever taking action. We all have goals, hopes, dreams and ideas, but sometimes don't know where to start, or we let fear hold us back. We don't put enough faith in ourselves. I love the idea of flourishing, of thriving, of growing, AND the idea of sharing this with others while helping them with their real estate needs.
What I'm dedicated to with Flourish Real Estate:
1. Integrity. Doing what I say I am going to do. At the end of the day, all anyone has is their word, and I am committing to sticking to mine.
2. Putting our tribe before sales. Our tribe is our customers, agents, friends, family, etc. Your needs are first.
3. Education. Educating Flourish agents and customers on real estate processes. Setting proper expectations always.
4. Treating others how they want to be treated.
I have to thank everyone who has supported me since the beginning--my previous brokers, customers, friends, family, and my Realtor family.
